Licensed Queens Plumbers With Big-Company Standards and a Shop on Queens Blvd

Big-company standards. Small-company accountability.

Queens Plumber Co was set up to run the way the large plumbing outfits run, without becoming one. Every job follows the same process: a licensed plumber diagnoses the problem, writes the price, does the work, tests it, and cleans up. The truck is stocked the same way every morning. The DOB permit gets filed when the code calls for one, and the certificate of insurance goes to the co-op board before anyone opens a wall. The result looks the same on the first job of the week and the fortieth.

What does not look like a big outfit is who answers the phone. Our shop is at 116-13 Queens Blvd in Forest Hills, and the people dispatching the plumbers are the people who live with the results. We know which Jackson Heights co-ops have brass risers, which Corona basements flood from below, which Astoria restaurant blocks grease up a shared sewer line every spring, and which Bayside streets have eighty feet of clay lateral under the lawn. When something is not right, the person responsible is a few blocks away, and we come back.

That is the combination: a plumbing company with the process of a national brand and the accountability of a neighbor. Licensed and insured. 24/7 emergency plumbing. A written price that matches the invoice. And a plumber who knows the difference between a 1930s one-pipe steam co-op in Forest Hills and a 2018 tower in Long Island City before the truck leaves the lot.

The work is the full range of residential plumbing in Queens: emergency plumbing, drain cleaning, water heater repair, leak detection, sewer line repair, pipe repair and repiping, boiler repair, and gas line installation, plus the toilets, faucets, garbage disposals, and sump pumps that keep a house running, across Forest Hills, Astoria, Corona, Flushing, Jamaica, Long Island City, Jackson Heights, and Bayside.
